RETURNS POLICY

Faulty items you are entitled to a full refund once tested by our team within 28 days of purchase, outside of this time frame please see below.

 

 

There is no legal right to a refund if you've simply changed your mind about an in-store purchase. However depending on the item and if it's not opened you may be entitled to a store credit to be used in the future.

 

Online/Distance Purchases:If you purchased goods online or through a distance contract, you have a 14-day cooling-off period where you can return the goods for a full refund, regardless of whether they are faulty or not. 

 

Six-month period:If a fault develops within six months of purchase, the retailer is presumed to be liable for the fault, and you can claim a repair or replacement. 

 

The retailer wearegamerz has the right to prove that the fault did not exist when the goods were sold. After six months:You can still claim a refund or repair, but you may need to prove that the fault existed when you bought the goods.
